"A page we wish never had to exist."
We never wished to create this section. It stands apart from everything that defines Atelier
von Feuerbach -
a place devoted to beauty, restoration, and trust. Yet the world, as it is, demands
vigilance as much as artistry.
And so, with regret but with conviction, we have established the Permanent Denial
List.
This list exists for one purpose only: to protect the integrity of our work, our clients,
and the honest craftsmen
who share our values. It identifies entities, markets, and intermediaries whose actions,
provenance, or methods
stand in direct conflict with the ethical and legal principles that govern our atelier.
We take no satisfaction in maintaining it. Each name here represents a disappointment - a
moment when trust was
broken, when shortcuts were taken, or when respect for craft gave way to exploitation. But
silence, in such cases,
would make us complicit. Transparency is the only way to defend the standards we live by.
We ask every partner, dealer, and collaborator to review this section carefully.
Understanding it is not merely
recommended - it is essential. Engagement with restricted entities may result in immediate
and permanent exclusion
from all divisions of Atelier von Feuerbach.
Still, we hold hope. We believe that time - the very essence of our craft - can mend even
what has gone astray.
One day, we intend to remove this section entirely. Until that day arrives, we will continue
to uphold the values
that built our name: integrity, precision, and respect for those who earn trust through
honest hands.
This will remain the only sorrowful page on our website. May it serve not as a warning, but
as a reminder - that
craftsmanship deserves guardianship, and that even in an imperfect world, excellence must
still have its defenders.
The restrictions listed below apply exclusively to official dealers, partners, brokers, and business intermediaries acting in a professional capacity.

Atelier von Feuerbach maintains a strict distribution-control policy to protect brand integrity, client safety, and full traceability of every timepiece. The following designations apply to all marketplaces, platforms, and digital sales channels listed below.
These restrictions apply solely to professional dealers, distributors, and intermediaries. Private owners of Atelier von Feuerbach timepieces retain full legal rights to resell their property at their own discretion. However, the brand bears no responsibility for authentication, pricing, or warranty coverage of such private resales.
Violation of this policy constitutes a breach of the Atelier von Feuerbach Dealer Code of Conduct and will result in immediate revocation of authorization and permanent removal from the partner network.
Note: This list defines Atelier von Feuerbach’s internal policy regarding the acceptance, transfer, or use of funds via the following payment and financial channels. Restrictions are based on reliability, regulatory transparency, KYC/AML compliance, and overall reputation.
Note: This section lists logistics hubs, transit intermediaries, and freight corridors through which Atelier von Feuerbach strictly avoids routing, storage, or customs clearance of any goods. Restrictions are applied based on sanctions compliance, smuggling exposure, counterfeit risks, lack of customs transparency, or prior incidents compromising chain of custody integrity.
Note: This section lists certificate types, authentication labels, documentation authorities, and provenance systems that Atelier von Feuerbach does not recognize as valid proof of authenticity, quality, or ethical compliance. These sources and document types have been identified as unverifiable, inconsistent, or vulnerable to counterfeiting. This policy ensures transparency and integrity across restoration, acquisition, and resale operations.
Note: This section enumerates material sources, mining regions, component suppliers, and refining facilities that Atelier von Feuerbach classifies as restricted due to ethical, legal, or technical concerns. Restrictions are applied when provenance cannot be independently verified, or where supply chains are linked to conflict minerals, child labour, environmental violations, or counterfeit component circulation.
Note: This section identifies business structures, intermediary models, and organizational entities that Atelier von Feuerbach classifies as restricted for direct or indirect collaboration. Restrictions apply when ownership transparency, jurisdictional compliance, or ethical standards cannot be reliably verified, or when intermediaries are known to enable grey-market, counterfeit, or sanction-evasion activities.
Note: This section lists offline trade fairs, conventions, dealer gatherings, and regional markets that Atelier von Feuerbach classifies as restricted or under observation due to insufficient vendor verification, recurrent counterfeit circulation, lack of traceability, or non-compliance with ethical sourcing standards. Physical attendance, purchases, or consignment agreements through these venues are permitted only upon prior due-diligence clearance by the Atelier’s Compliance Division.
